Anybody From Newport Beach? Calif?

I was planning on taking my boat to newport beach harbor this weekend, I heard its great, and the weather should be good, can anybody let me know if it's nice, and what I should expect?

I live down here near the penisulla...on Balboa. Weather is nice but the surf is up.

i was thinking of going to newport myself this weekend

yep....I was raised in Newport Beach, CA..
and I take my boat out there in the summer.

If you go out in the ocean...cruise on down to Emerald Bay...and anchor off the beach.....just like a little Hawaii in California...(waters a little colder right now)
