Fucking UPS
 

If I pay 27 bucks to have a package delivered Next Day air is it unreasonable to have it delivered by 10:30 AM like they used to promise?? :disgust

depends what time you put in an order yesterday, i guess.

Around 4 pm... package was picked up around 8 I think and it was on the truck "out for delivery" at 6:34 this morning.

They're ok for pick-up but i hate getting stuff shipped to me by them. That 'brokerage fee' and shit.

if you shipped it over night, youll have it over night

Depends on what Time you picked to have it delivered...( or the company shipping it)
There is different prices for different times, even on NDA.

had one package I was expecting overnight for Xmas eve .. it took a wrong turn in ohio and showed up A WEEK LATER .

Don't always be so sure ..

use fedex if u gotta get shit. if you really gotta get it have it sent as a food package, if you are at home theyll attempt 2 or 3 times if u arent around.

fedex has a key to my building now for me so I never am bothered by em I just grab my overnights from the bin thing under the mailboxes.

i fucking hate UPS

they don't even ask for a signature here anymore, they just leave it on the doorstep...which when I called they said that was against their policy, they also just have a new policy of not caring

i won't even buy shit from people that don't have fedex or usps as an option

i got this bill from UPS for a packagte that someone sent overnight.
the person didn't put the correct number on their form so UPS did a search and found the closest match in their computer.. which happened to be me.
they billed me for this asshole's overnight pkg and added $10 extra for the guy not having the correct shipper number on his forms...

so i called and said.. hey.. i didnt' send this.. the person who sent this isn't even using the same name as my company.. what is this?? and they said.. so what your shipper number is on it. you gotta pay it.. i said.. you guys are the ones that put my shipper number on it.. they say.. it doesn't matter.. you address is on it.. you gotta pay it.. the account had laid dormant and closed for 3 years and now it was magically open and running again..

UPS is a bunch of assholes..

For both UPS & Fed Ex there are only certain postal cities they have guaranteed before 10:30 delivery. But the thing is if you check it off on the form they will charge you for the before 10:30 delivery. NO they will not give you a refund

i have been waiting all day for this package to get here, a piece of furniture for our new house...107 POUNDS

i head out for about 20 minutes to get some food...the UPS arrived while I was gone...you know where they left the damn package? on the stairs out front of my place...now i have to get this fucker and haul it up a flight of steps...they NEVER ask for a signature anymore

UPS sucks big time, they charge fees and big taxes on USA->Canada shipment compared to Fedex.
