Its not that hard.

You can do it with php/curl in 10 minutes for the 1k results google provide for a keyword.

If you need to extract almost all results from google for 1 keyword and bypass the gay 1k results , its more complicated and need more resources but doable.

You have to formulate your headers a certain way for Google to bother sending you any data. Just play around and eventually you'll find the method. I won't do it for you, as a precaution in case your project is in competition with any of mine. ;)
