Is the Canadian post office watching my DVDs?
 

Ordered a couple DVD box sets last week and was sent a tracking number. According to the online tracking the package is still sitting at the initial sort station where it was dropped off 4 days ago :(

It was supposed to be expedited ground with a 6 day delivery expectation. Do I have to wait until they watch all 17 discs before they ship them out? :upsidedow

probably got opened by customs........they check randomly for illegal porn and other stuff.......not only will it take longer for you to get your shipment but they will charge you for it.

What? They just open packages and hold them hostage until you pay them for doing it? :helpme

Nothing illlegal or questionable... just old British sitcoms.

That plus, depending on how many people there are - I don't think they do group viewings.

I once did a cover piece for a popular adult mag and despite all repeated efforts by the publisher to send me a copy, none of them ever made it past the border.

they will still send it to you but like at the post office u will have to pay a charge......but if they were british sitcoms maybe they did u a favor? haha jk

that sucks...I usually get my DVDs really fast, maybe they dont like what I watch

thats got to suck, waiting for all the custom guys to bat off over your dvds.

If you ordered it from the states they'll be opening the package and then charge you gov/prov taxes, and their flat brokerage fee. Hey it sure beats getting it shiped by UPS.

Come on the mailman also needs to have his share of free porn ;)

I'm in the states and the place I ordered from is in Canada. I already paid more than it would have cost to ship anywhere within the states by UPS.

I ordered from 3 different sources on the same day. One already arrived, this one is in limbo and the 3rd has never even confirmed the order. At least they were all ordered with PayPal and are covered under their guarantee. Only this one set was ordered from a Canadian company.

All 10 seasons of "Are You Being Served?" and both seasons of the sequel show "Are You Being Served? Again!" (known in the UK as "Grace and Favour").
