Then there is the whole community standards shit. If someone downloads a image in Blue Balls, Ala. and is upset by content can they fuck with me as the site owner over copyright?
and what about Google? Sure it's a search engine, but is it still not a webpage? It loads in my browser on an image search. Who gave google the right to thumbnail peoples shit?
