That's a good question and I don't really know.

I asked the operator of the link trade system about it and he said it depends on how good your optimization skills are.

Regardless, a PR of 3-4 on a Free Site's warning page is very high, they are usually PR1 or 2.

The system is best for dedicated Free Site builders who build one everday. Within months theyll have hundreds of pages with PR3-4.
