Why in the world would you want in a MS solution in the adult market place. Assumes that it is adult. IIS is so wrong for so many reasons

Rackshack n Jupiter are others I'd consider. BUT, I would have to have an extreme reason to go with MS as a platform.

I will never understand why anyone would want to host their websites on a windows platform, it is just beyond me

Cheapest usually doesn't equal lowest cost of ownership. Think about it. If I were a hosting company rep, I might walk away from someone with that attitude.

Want cheap, put your own server up. Grab that PIII out of the basement and throw it on your DSL or Cable connection. Most idiots can get a IIS up on a 2000 box. Want 2003, better buy a new computer. Dell as that oulet sale thing.

All that said, you should be in an ICQ with Mike at Webair now. Listen when he talks about cost of ownership. Not an affiliat of theirs, so I really can't speak for Mike. Other than being a bit of a sig whore in this thread, I gave Webair the best plug I can.

If I change, they are on my short list. Mike would hear from me. Cool thing about Mike is he'll be right there for ya if ya need him, but he's not the pushy type if you end up not ready to really make a move. :thumbsup
