Canadians - Achieva Financial: highest savings and GIC rates in Canada?

has anyone here ever opened an account with them? Both their savings accounts and GIC's appear to have the highest rates of any financial institution in the country:

Sorry, I am not a GIC or high balance savings acct kinda guy. I keep $15k in my ING account for emergency purposes (make sure I can pay bills for a few months if all hell breaks loose). Other then that, I put all my money into my house and condo or spend it :|

put everything in a fucking safe for god's sake
