means they don't choke your traffic out.... however... from what you listed up there, it doesn't look like an adult host. Because no adult host is gonna survive on collecting $99 bucks a year from you.

Actually it means you aren't paying for the bandwidth you use.

Quite impossible to sustain a business like that.

Ok..So this should be a good deal then if they alow adult content?

Actually it is not a good deal it is a general hosting set up for a cheap web host if you read the terms of service close enough I bet you will find a clause that says if you use a certian percentage of the server resources that they can change your hosting plan or charge you for excessive bandwidth.

Make sure you ask them personally and just not assume casue it is not in their rules.
