 1) http://www.met-art.com/index.htm -Optimize the code -Keep it simple (as much pure HTML as possible) -Make it work the same way in IE, Firefox, AOL, and Safari -The text: LAST UPDATED... should not have a line drop (FireFox), and should be justified side to side, no matter what I write there. 2) http://www.met-art.com/dvd.htm -Center the whole page to the screen -Optimize the code -Keep it simple (as much pure HTML as possible) -Make it work the same way in IE, Firefox, AOL, and Safari 3) Download this ZIP: http://www.magicnude.com/screensavers.zip That is a Wallpaper / Screensaver page It's a partial, and obviously, unfinished job. -Center the whole page to the screen -Optimize the code -Keep it simple (as much pure HTML as possible) -Move things around to make it look good. -There're two screensavers, they need to be implemented in the page as well They are: http://www.magicnude.com/METld.zip http://www.magicnude.com/METsc.zip Please email the result to: [email protected], when done, and include HTML, etc. Good luck! Sincerely, MET Staff |

Exactly the contrary. Is it possible that there's no real good HTML programmer on GFY? So far, we had a few submissions, but we're still far from what we're looking for. I thought that people needed to work! Sincerely, MET Staff :( |

We would never use the resulting HTML, without paying whoever accomplishes the result. I mean, guys, we just gave away more than $10.000 for banners, FPAs, and TGP galleries. We setup a prize for one winner, and ended up giving $1000 to 7 people (not $1000 / 7, but $7.000)! If you cannot trust this, we're really in bad shape when it comes to trust. Had very bad experiences? I don't think you'll ever find anyone that has been robbed by us. You'll find a lot of people that got a lot from us, that's for sure. We're not here to screw anyone. We're just trying to find a decent HTML guy that wants to make some good money on a monthly basis. Beside, we probably overpaid the contests up until now, why would we do that? We also fueled copycats, as usual (I saw an almost identical contest 3 days ago, but with a lower reward). We're just trying to gets things going for some people. There're good people on Planet Earth, believe me. If you want some reference, I can send you a list a mile long. MET Staff |

I am not saying that you would not pay the person that got the job. I would never say that, I would not have anything at all to base that on.. All I am saying is that maybe 10 people do the job and live up to what you want, but only one gets paid for his/her work. A test set up this way should not use stuff that will be used for real. The test part should not be on something that you are going to pay for.. I would not have a problem doing a test if it was for something else. |

You think people need work? People come here for money, not work :)

Why should I pay, if you're not able to do it? How do I know you can do it? So far, no one is taken. If you can submit it within the next 3 hours, I'll pay you, and give you a lot more to do. The second I find what I'm looking for, I'll stop looking. You should give it a try. MET Staff |

If I did hand coding I would be all over this. MetStaff is definitely a quality guy to work with. Great opportunity for the right person.
MetStaff, I hope you find what you need. |
