How to have an image be embeded in Outlook Express email?

I want to send out emails, but have my company logo be at the top of the email. How do I do this in Outlook Express?

create a html page and lay it out how you want your email to look..

then in outlook, add it as your default stationary...

everytime you hit new to send an email, the email will be a html email stationary... all pretty like...

Right, I know how to insert a picture into the email, but I want this to be in the email at all times, kind of like a signature, so I dont have to go and insert a picture everytime I want to send out an email.

Also if I do insert picture, then when the person is recieving the email, it will say "file attached". I dont want it to say that.
