Can you suggest tested and reliable service of system administration for Linux dedicated server?

Go with a host that provides it - external ones are never reliable IMHO

You right, it is the best choice.
We have some(good) level of assistance from the hoster. But we need some advanced administration, therefore I have asked:)

My sys admin is better than any host provided admin that I have encountered (nothing personal against any of my hosts, past or present)

I can suggest myself ;) Client refrences easily provided :)
