What would you do?
 

Suppose for a long time you had the domain of an extremely famous pornstar....you were basically told that you would be her webmaster...you had been friends with her for a very long time
on the front page of her site was a coming soon thing, with a double opt in email form....
soon, there were upwards of 10,000 emails that had collected in there....
the famous pornstar then tells you she signed a contract with a pretty big company and part of the contract was that they would take over her site

you still have the email list from her coming soon page....and she is a HUGE star..."A list" all the way...

what would you sell these people that signed up to be notified when her site is opening?...and oh, the site is still not open...tons of people just waiting on something..anything

LOL ? ? why would that be an A list ? ?? a good list is a list of people that bought something , the list you got is nothing special ,

that's a complicated situation......I would ask a lawyer what your options are, but if there is nothing on paper I dont think there is anything you can do
