    Does the overture tool load fine for you ?

    It loads for me but times out when I do a search
    I don't use ICQ anymore.

                                      Try using a proxy. Read on a message board 2-3 days ago that because of the bots they started banning IPs but my guess is they are banning the whole IP range.

                                                      I have no idea why they don't just keep it for people who pay. But at least support it for those who don't. Look for it in google and you come on the whole page. I found it is more stable then the javascript one.
                                                      (tech idiot so maybe just a coincidence)
