What I've found is the only real support you can get from them is by phone (though Ihavent tried anyone on ICQ)

By email, they take days to reply and then give you some generic 'nothing can be done at this time' answer.

When I call and explain the same situation, it gets resolved quickly.

They should really look into getting decent email CS instead of (probably) outsourcing it to foreigners who can't do more than copy-n-paste.

However, if you want to write to me I will make sure your questions get to the right person for an expedient reply. Write to me at rand @ Paycom.net.

If you are writing about an existing account, please include your ePassporte username so that ePassporte can reference the account.

New business accounts can be set up within a couple of days. It takes about a week to get your card domestically.

Let's say that I had been trying to get 2 wires back for MONTHS now, (because I was given wrong information by a rep and I had to re-send the wire TWICE for some reason) could you help me with that?

Because that situation would be starting to irritate me very much, especially considering how ridiculusly small those wires were (account opening $75 wires). A rep would have promised me many times that the wires would be on their way back, and then never followed up. That same rep would also be less than helpful about this whole situation.

It's definitly NOT about the money, as the total amount is too small to even care about, but it would reflect badly on the usually AWESOME support we get from ePassporte.

Let me know the answer to that hypothetical question, and I would contact you ASAP. My ICQ is listed in my location, so I hope you wouldn't hesitate to put someone helpfull in touch with me.

I'm not really sure how to respond to this without looking further into it. If you sent the wire somewhere else, I'm not sure how ePassporte can return what they didn't receive. It seems like a banking issue, but, I really don't know much about it. I would need to look into it and I'm happy to do that.

Send me an email with your ePassporte username and the name of your account rep. (Put GFY - ePassporte in the subject line). I'll see what I can find out.
