US Business Banking question

You have to get lucky ;) As long as you have your US Tax ID, and no you can open it in any state. Your first trick is to get past the bank manager that has only been on for 3 weeks and thinks your a moron. Then you should be able to open an account. Talk to your state agent!

Before you ever reach a bank and even land there:

(a) A fingerprint taking
(b) Sperm count
(c) Valid visa.. that may last 30 days and not permit you to visit on future occasions within a calendar year in excess of 30 days.
Else.. another sperm count.

When you find a bank you look the like of:

(a) Your corp paperwork
(b) Passport
(c) Another sperm count
(d) A US Tax ID
(e) A DNA sample
(f) Some money, and
(g) signatories on paperwork that you are not a charity, have no connection to any organisation on the terrorist list, that you agree to withholding taxes at the discretion of the IRS ad nausea...

It's easier and more discrete just to open your own bank in a country of your choice.
