When you left your parent's home, did you move out of state? (or considerably far)
and was it difficult leaving your whole family behind?
|
Nope. Was the best decision I ever made. I love my family and I've moved back in town since, but getting away while you are young and living your own life is a rite of passage even psychologists recommend.

I moved out of country... it was hard at first but I really like the independance and adventure involved. :)
|
I moved about 6 blocks away, closer to the university.

I'm close to my (small) family emotionally, so why not geographically? :) |
Actually, it was my mom that left and I kept the place. She got married and moved to the States and I stayed in Canada.
