Well you are the potential buyer, so what's it worth to you?

Do you value the traffic this name will bring from it's Yahoo directory listing? Can you ask the owner for traffic stats? Is the owner selling the domain only or the paysite as well? The tour is nasty ass ugly. But maybe he has members for sale (doubtful).

I will tell you this phrase is not searched very often. "Canadian Coeds" is not a particularly nice phrase when you consider "coeds" is an American term and Canadians are not likely to use that word. In other words, the phrase is going to be used by American surfers looking for Canadians. No wonder the Overture results for this are next to nothing. :winkwink:

Personally I wouldn't pay much for this name, as I don't think there is much quality traffic. Canadiancoeds.net, canadian-coeds.com, and a truckload of alternatives are available to register.
