it sucks and violates my workspace with that bullshit. If my mouse is on the banner fine, punish me. But don't think I am going to click or even remember who you are . . . BTW, your banner sucks because I looked at it to figure out who the fuck it was, and I don't think it ever came up and told me.

This is like the old CJ days, keep popping up until they click, just now it is with sound.

The first time I heard it I was trying to figure out what the hell was going on.
