Anytime my comp gets badly infected I always reformat.

CWS and all varients are so old and your local virus/trojan/spyware remover shoud hav e been able to find and remove the junk.

CWS Shredder has also been out for more than a year now.

yup every day there is new variants and they hid it in your computer in different places everytime. No real way to stop them completely but just be careful where you surf.

Locate the new version (Computer Cops). Many of my computer-illiterate friends contract this one weekly and once I showed them how to use the tool as well locate the updated or new release, all is good -- they have left the den and are able to fend for themselves.
