I think they do chargebacks so they can see free porn. IMO

Crappy Member Areas IMHO

CHBs - stolen abused cards or angry members who dont get any support
Refunds - angry members who get support :)

cookie cutter shitty members area above all I guess

chargeback - fraude
refunds - members that arent satified

Selling membership to a spanish speaking person.

50% of my chargebacks are from mexicans or spanians.

Next time I get a chargeback from one of these 2 countries, I block them.

I find deceptive tours disturbing

lousy support causes CBs for sure then again some ppl email ask heaven and back and expect a refund, we should start a thread with funny i want my money back emails :) anyhow we had less then 0.6 percent last yr so im cool

The most basic reasons

Charge backs: fraud, people who know how the systemn really works (aka friendly fraud :mad: )

credits: unhappy/unsatisfied, bad support.

Chargebacks : People who know the system - unhappy members and bad customer support.

Credits: Unhappy members and Good customer support.

If the support system is in place then you will see higher credits and low CB's.

No support system then you get high CB's and low credits.

most of the unsatisfied people ask for a refund first, its easier, but of course, if they have to wait too long for the answer, they chargeback...
fault of the support, I hope some programs dont have as "fast" surfer support as webmaster support, surfers will not wait 1 week

poor content. failures to updates. not giving what you promise on the tour. no support or little support. etc. etc.

With webcam sites; deals between 'customers' and models, where the model tries to get the payouts and then they do a charge back. So; fraud.

Probably many the charge backs are caused by wives that read the credit card statements and ofcourse the hubby doesnt know anything about such withdrawals !

Not being satisfied with what you bought is what causes it.
