Legal Question in relation to Ebaums World
 

Ebaums World hosts funny pictures and videos and I am sure a lot of them are copyrighted. Since Ebaums World makes profits on ads, etc., they are commercially benefiting off copyrighted material. What legalities keep Ebaums World up and away from lawsuits? I am asking this for reference purposes as I am thinking of making a similar website and want to research the law of this type of commerce.

You will be fine if you just use little clips and give them reviews sort of like Mr. Skin does. IT's the fair use law

Another potential legal issue is misappropriation of one's likeness for commercial purposes.
