dont expect to be scared but its pretty wild

hated the movie
basically a 90 minute setup for a twist ending and nothing more...
only redeeming thing about is what Bryce Howard's acting which was pretty damn good and decent acting from Adrian Brody...

I hate movies that only exist for a twist ending....I'll not spoil it for those who have seen it though, but what a huge letdown...

Jeff aka NIGHTfall 01-18-2005 12:57 AM

it wasnt anything special, the trailers made it look like it was suppose to be a "scary" movie but it was nothing close

... and yes, i seen that shit comming too

i haven't seen the movie but i heard it sucked big time.

by the way, it's M. Night Shyamalan...

AVM 01-18-2005 01:24 AM

One of the very few people that actually enjoyed it -- very much so, in fact.

xclusive 01-18-2005 01:25 AM

I got it the other day on DVD hope it doesn't suck too bad when I finally get around to watching it.

I liked it a lot. I rented it from netflix, then bought it a few days after watching it. I don't know why a lot of people didn't like it either. I think people were expecting a horror movie instead. I like M. Night Shyamalan's style with his endings. He is definitely inspired by Hitchcock.

MissMiranda 01-18-2005 02:48 AM

my boyfriend and I enjoyed it as well.

lame ending, pissed me off.
