why dont you hire another guy that will do all the job and you will only come once a week to visit and see if everything's cool?

I actually thought about that, but either way.. we will still
need to work there.

Also, if this person has a give a shit less attitude, they could slowly
run your biz. into the ground and then your left with a huge mess
to clean up.

Easiest way is to sell it and move on.
