Use the EZ Cams Custom Ads under Advertising Tools... gives you a JS to put into your page. I think I use a 4x4 grid (16 girls) and make sure, of course, your traffic cam in looking for cams...

EpicCams and Cam Crush have the same tool, works great (they have above-average models for a start).

Many cam sites using the iFrame/JS "who's online" (ok, almost everyone now) have too many, uhh, not-so-attractive ladies and/or they show the live cam. Big mistake. Since (I believe) it's random, they are showing some hideous filipino girl in a parka, a 200-pound heffer etc. etc. ... Better to use still photos the lady chooses so she's seen at her best - that's what these guys do (oh and a little model selection helps!)

I understand using the pics the model/some employee chose as the best, but isn't part of the appeal of a big cam site that you find a huge parka-clad mongoloid when you are looking for one? Is it easier/harder to convert a selection of just hot models? How much do you target and/or what adwords do you use?

You have to play the percentages. A "live" plug-in showing a bunch of cute blondes, brunettes, etc. is going to catch the eye - and click - more than a "niche" girl who may appeal to a small % of your surfers.

If your traffic has come to you from a "mongoloid" niche site then fine, show a gallery of the parka girls! Otherwise, if it's plain vanilla cam traffic my best bet is to go with the eye candy.

I'm just finding that the sites that have the JS/iFrame plugins that - more often than not - show hotties online are the ones getting the clicks and sales.
