WTF do you guys do to make a 4 kb site? I'm not remotely close.

My images are too too big too.

Let's see...
Save all photos as JPGs and all graphics as GIFs (there are few exceptions).
Don't use nested tables.
Supply image widths and heights on all your img tags.

add more, people.

Remember that browsers don't necessarily have accurate page/image file sizes. To find out the filesize of your page, download all the images and html, put it in a folder and check the filesize of the folder.

yup css and skip huge gifs etc ... a fast server helps too :)
