Help! Sort of toplist script question
 

I've seen those things where you can send traffic to a page and it automatically ranks you. An example is vidsvidsvids' "My top referring vids sites": http://www.vidsvidsvids.com/main.html

What kind of script is used here? I had a look at the source but couldn't get any wiser.
