Magg 01-16-2005 04:30 PM

u shouldnt post the links, edit ur post if u can

Xplicit 01-16-2005 04:34 PM

Yeah kill the links.

But sadly its pointless reporting this shit.

Unless you can find an american ISP involved in some way.

XpressMedia 01-16-2005 04:35 PM

Report to the FBI.gov I don't have the exact link, but its on their website.

Dirty F 01-16-2005 04:36 PM

Yup, thats the first thing you should do, post the urls on gfy.
Congrats, youre idiot 53 to do that.

pxxx 01-16-2005 04:37 PM

The Feds are the ones to report to.

Might as well forget about it...nothing is gonna happen anyway. They probably have 10.000 people a day reporting this site and similar sites. The site is still up and will be up. If not on that url then another url. The fbi wont be able to do shit about it.

Well, the problem is, those sites are usually *technically* LEGAL, search cnet.com or wired.com for a good article about it, I dont remember what its called, but some law that allows for 'artistic' nudes of any age, which these sites are now exploiting.

Im was more aiming at the fact that 90% of those sites and processors are based in Russia.

*edit*

www.asacp.org is a fine place to report sites with possible cp but they don't really handle the email thing. i could be wrong.

i'm thinking since the ftc is hot on email's trail, you could try there:

http://www.ftc.gov/spam/

and don't put sexually explicit content in the subject
:winkwink:

titmowse 01-16-2005 05:09 PM

adding**

if you saw sites with that stuff, then go straight to http://asacp.org/reportsite.html

When you submit a CP URL to ASACP.org, a human reviewer reviews the site, and when he determines that it is CP, then he does investigative documentation, tracking down the domain owner, the ISP, the billing company, etc.. following the trail of all possible angles that connect to the CP website.

That information is then routed to every company that has (inadvertent) contact with that CP lead.

Alot goes on behind the scenes when leads are submitted to ASACP.org

An average of 100-120 CP leads are submitted each day, with about 1-5 of them being confirmed CP websites.

I would encourage people to join ASACP, from a Supporter all the way up to a sponsor. One of the advantages is that if one of the CP leads points to you (ie. paysite, freesite, billing, hosting, etc) then you will get notified right away.

Fight the CP!

gornyhuy 01-16-2005 07:17 PM

 Jesus man, don't post links to CP.
