To enter or not to enter ( Warning )
I can think of good reasons to have a warning page ( Enter Page Like Richards Realm ) and I can think of good reasons to not have one. ( Like The Hun ) Should I have one?

I don't think you will do time either way. It is hard to argue those warning pages are effective.
Plenty of people with warning pages have ads on them that are as explicit as what is inside. The best reason to have them is they help make sales. I don't think the hun needs them (even if he was in the US) anymore than google would need them. He has a LISTING of sites. Persian Kitty has no warning page - and I believe she is in the US. How many people have warning pages on their TGP listings? None. If the Gov't wants to go after you for porn - a non avs warning page isn't going to stop them. Most of the big recent gov't actions against porn sites have to do with Credit Card rebillings, dialers, and the like. I have read all these decisions in detail - and none of them seem to give a rat's ass about warning pages. However - if you do make a warning page, drop any text about the person not being a cop. This is a joke. If they DID want to go after you - the prosecutor would have a field day with this - and legally it means nothing. I think warning page=more money. I dont really give a shit what the law in the USA is. I'm asking mainly because of text links, keywords, the full page ad buffer and things like that. So, the law aside, do you think it is good or is not good to have a Warning/Enter page

Freeway you answered the question yourself. Not just because of liability but a place for keywords, extra sponsors, and recips. it just makes sense.
