depends on what do u mean by outsourced designer

only if you use top russian designers ;)

if you mean outsourced designers in asia, i can't help you

most people think that outsorced designers are all the guys from russia india china and so on

in fact outsorcing is when people have some projects to do and they send their work to other companies

for example if webinc had to do some design for some company but gave the project to other it was outsorcing
all other thing and companies have no relation to outsorcing

for example many companies now are from former ussr and they are good designers ;)

Our company doesn't outsource any design work at all. We have a team of 9 designers in house. As you can see from our huge portfolio the work is all ours :)

Yes, but the designers on GFY will all claim that outsourced work is all bad because they're afraid for their jobs.

Often times "outsourcing" and "offshore outsourcing" are used interchangeably, and incorrectly.

There is also what I call "project outsourcing" and "staff outsourcing".
