Do you buy home videos ? Just curious, my wife and I have some home videos we might be interesed in selling. Everything is recorded on DV format.

Well Im thinking to start buying those videos, but I need advice...
How much shod I pay for one video? What about legal stuff, contract etc...

For starters you would need to send them model releases to sign and you would need IDs.

if they have the paperwork and the id, do it. But buying content off of strangers is very risky. I would never buy from a customer.

I wouldn't buy any tape off of a person I couldn't meet in person now a days.
