well i searched for depictions of rape in the local, state and goverment laws. and found nothing but a want to have a law..

R3K... I know it was a joke. It's early in the day (anything before 3 pm is early to me http://bbs.gofuckyourself.net/board/wink.gif ) but I still recognized the joke part.

I think the problem is going to be the fact that rape depictions are allowed in movies and on television. Why can they be done there, but not on the web? MY thought is that the ones on tv and in movies are obviously (we hope) re-enactments. The actors can usually be tracked down and that fact can be verified. On the Web a lot of images float around and it is almost impossible to trace their origin at times. SO it may be possible that the image is not of a re-enactment, but of some sicko doing the dirty deed with an unwilling participant.

Oh well... I guess I'm just too much of a conservative. LOL. Yeah, right! :P
