PLUG-INS For ADOBE 6.5---Codecs

Trying to use an old version of 6.5 to do .wmv's and it says its missing the codecs...where can I get them, (their web??) and how much?

(also, the compter it's on, (6.5) is not internet enabled, (editing only)...
