You're not converting because there is too much free porn. Each gallery that appears makes it worse.
Some guy throws up five million galleries with 15 pictures in each and asks, 'why no signups'? In addition, the gallery is using stolen content. design what? Learn how to do it yourself ya lazy prick.. Nobody told me shit.. Takes time to learn these things why would anybody give it away? Oh god, that was one of the worst experiences of my life. I want to meet someone who finds hairy women attractive, just so I can talk some sense into them.

About the design, well I wouldn't use red on a dark grey background, it just doesn't look right to me.
