How much Echinacea can I take daily?
 

I feel the sniffles coming on. The pills i got are 350 mg's. Bottle says take 1 pill 4x per day..

yeah, that means that is all you need, but you can take more... it just won't make any difference. You can't OD on the stuff :winkwink:

Take it until you start seeing 4 of everything then you know it's enough

Hey :) unless you have elevated blood pressure, you should look at a combo echinacea/goldenseal product.

I took those things a few years ago... the clear capsules with the green looking shit inside of them, and when I shit a day or two later it felt like BOULDERS were coming out of my ass! be careful man, don't take too many :spawn
