What about erotic art and comics? Do they fall under the same 2257 laws? Can you get arrested for it?

If the characters in your art or comics appear to be under 18 years of age, then you will have to draw state approved driver's licenses or passports for them.

we have a site that is considered erotic art and no we don't need 2257, However fusionx said it correctly - if the art depicts actual persons then yes, 2257 is in order.
