Which layout would you prefer....?
 

New auction site my company is getting ready to release....We had a layout done before we were a web development company which is #2 and then we just made a new one...#1....which do you prefer?

1st one looks more professional to me

Harsh harsh harsh :) ...but thank you for the feedback...I'm not going for the prettiest site here...i'm looking more for fast load times...easy to maneuver....maybe we struck out on accomplishing that though
