My NFL Picks FOr This WEEk In Depth *WINNERS*
Ok no matter how u analyze this here are my picks:
Indianapolis Colts (13-4) at New England Patriots (14-2) Line: Colts +2.5 or +3 I will admit that Mike Vanderjagt does seem to be "an idiot kicker" but I have top agree with him. Not having Tyrone Poole or Ty Law is going to huge and Peyton Manning should have success. The best bet for the Patriots is running the ball with Corey Dillon in an effort to chew up the clock and keep the Colts offense off the field. I like Indianapolis by a field goal. Straight: Colts Spread: Colts Minnesota Vikings (9-8) at Philadelphia Eagles (13-3) Line: Vikings +9.5 or +10 It seems like a long time ago when these teams met in Philadelphia on Monday Night Football in week 2. Philadelphia won that game by 11 so I think they can cover again. For Minnesota to have a chance they need to get off to a quick start like they did against Green Bay and they need to run the football. In their last meeting, Eagles defensive coordinator Jim Johnson used Jevon Kearse a number of different ways. Kearse dropped into coverage and even spied Culpepper on a few plays. The Vikings had no answer and Kearse had a field day, it could happen again. I am not 100% sure of this game because I think minnesota might cover but who knows! Straight: Eagles Spread: Eagles St. Louis Rams (9-8) at Atlanta Falcons (11-5) Line: Rams +6.5 or +7 If the Rams give Marc Bulger time to throw this game could be a rout for St. Louis. The Rams are playing on turf here so they are in their element. I just feel that the Falcons stellar defensive line will be able to force Bulger and the offense into some mistakes. Straight: Falcons Spread: Rams New York Jets (11-6) at Pittsburgh Steelers (15-1) Line: Jets +9.5 This is an odd game to try and call because when you take a look at the two teams you realize just how similar they are to one another. Both teams rely on the running game and the strength of their offensive lines is in the interior. Both like to run spread offenses but rely heavily on the running game. Spreading out the offense means opposing teams are less likely to stack the box to stop the run. Both run a 3-4 defense and the weakness of both defenses is the secondary. This seems like playing against your scout team instead of an opponent. When teams are this similar anything can happen but I like the Steelers. The spread seems to be too large therefore I think the Jets will cover. Straight: Steelers Spread: Jets Also my over/unders: Phill.(under 48) vs Minn. N.E.(under 51.5) vs Ind. I know these will come in, its just a matter of that 1 game that might be different for you to win on ur card! |
I am going to need to discuss your poor picking at a strip club.

I have visions the week before. I do not always know when they are going to happen, although sometimes I have a vision about the coming vision, but they always happen. I also have visions regarding future fashion trends, but that is for another thread. |
I take the Falcons -7 anyday of the week. Rams are nothing this year
