i have a great idea for a paysite but it would have to be custom shot all the way which is the problem

Plenty of site idea's as well. Always lookin for funding on site and projects for affiliate programs to beef up there site portfolios. Thats what I do for a living.

State of the art equipment and locations.
Shot in HD, DV SD and stills.

I shoot the site, edit the video, optimise video, do the graphic design, tour build's banners FPA's all under one roof. No one can give you all that under a single roof.
