There's a ton of stuff in old tv you couldn't do today.

One of Hawkeye's original roommates on MASH was a black man named "Spear chucker".

Whenever a Loony Toons (I think it was LT) character would get blown up , they'd get big pig lips, be burned a black color and have a bow on a single strand of hair. This image was cemented with the character dancing around in a little circle singing "Momma's little baby loves shortening bread ..."

Ahh, the good old days.

Ahh yes, but the original Looney Toons were never meant to be for kids, Bugs Bunny was supposed to be an adult cartoon. Spend enough time watching classic cartoons and you'll notice lots of sexual innuendo, especially the Disney flicks.

As for MASH, Spear Chucker Jones never made it to the TV, and it wasn't because of the racial overtones, but it were no African American surgeons in the Korean war.

Not entirely true. I'm fairly certain Spear Chucker was on some early episodes, but not as a Doctor. Possible I'm mistaken though.

There was a black guy on MASH briefly before Trapper came on. I can't remember what his name was, though. Maybe it was just in the pilot episode.

Even the Muppet Show has tons of innuendo, like with Miss Piggy and the guys in the balcony. And have you seen how those Teletubbies dance? It's nearly obscene! ;)
