I'm seriously thinking its time to sue Ibill

I've had just about enough of Ibill's arrogant attitude. I'm seriously considering a lawsuit based on the following reasons:

1. They have yet to make good on the the thousands of dollars in bounced checks they sent us from their old account.

2. Ibill's policy has been not to send Revshare affiliates their check until they reached a $50 payout. I have hundreds if not thousands of affiliates over the years that did not reach the $50 payout. My best guestimate is Ibill is holding between $15,000 to $20,000 of our affiliates money. Ibill has refused to send the payouts to us claiming it is not our money, but somehow they feel they are entitled to it. When it comes down to it we are the ones responsible for paying these affiliates, not Ibill.

3. They are refusing to pay on rebills unless we continue doing business with them. As far as I'm concerned this is extortion.

When speaking to them about any of the above issues their attitude is that of arrogance and that they have done nothing wrong. I will in the very least be filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General and I advise all other webmasters who have been screwed by them to do the same.

The $50 dollar thing is common practice and read your terms and conditions.Did you send back the checks so they could replace them for you like it said in cmi?

So you're saying Ibill should be able to keep the money and profit from it? Why the hell are you defending Ibill screwing people in all these threads?

What do you think every other processor does when a afiliate doesnt hit the min? They are trying to pay unlike others that just disappeared with peoples money .You have a short memory.

Your pissed, but you do not want to dump money in a legal fund, they can always bankrupt your ass out anyhow...so stop throwing more bad money..walk away, write off the loss and hope they send something in 2-3 years..BUT don't spend money chasing them, that would be stupid.

What don't you understand here. They are only paying those that continue to use them. The fact that they have not disappeared like a few others is fucking irrelevant. They grossly mismanaged the company and other peoples money and should be held responsible.

Indeed they should be held responsible.

But iŽd rather see the cash owed than having a victory over them.
