requested repairs on our oven/fridge/dryer. All three showed up at 8am this morning on the nose.

90 bucks just to show up at your door, possibly per appliance.

yeah .. how much is that prompt service going to cost you? It is nice to get things done fast though.

Sears sells crap. I bought a new sofa and chair a couple of few ago, a few months later there's a big rip in the back of the couch and they try to charge me for it. A year later I bought a patio set from them. When it was delivered two of the chairs were broken. They replaced them, but the end of this summer, both reclining chairs had broke, the chaise lounge broke, and the rope used to wind the umbrella snapped.

This wasn't cheap stuff, either. Sears used to be good, but I won't shop there anymore.
