Go to the main CCBill site and follow the links from there to the webadmin. I have had this problem for like two years, now. When I follow the links on the CCBill site, it always works.

Um yeah, did that. Still down from here. Tried the main site AFTER the usual url I use to login. I am trying to get into a site admin, not an affiliate view. Thanks though.. This is not my first time logging into CCBill...lol
