Hire a permanent employee just to do your graphic design.

We would love to get you an employee that would ensure you never run out of banners or creatives again!

Let me quote you on a full-time staff leasing solution?

Enjoy your night.

Nice collection of banners!

How do you handle content licensing issues (used in your banners)?

ie. Do you own the content you use in producing your banners and license your clients to distribute them?

Or, do you license the content and have the rights to make banners to third parties for distribution?

I've often wondered how banner designers handle licensing issues.

Thanks,
-Dino

9 times out of 10, the client supplies the content for the designer to use in the banners. On rare occassions the designer will purchase content on their clients behalf.

Sharky, thanks for explaining that. :winkwink:

Client supplying content makes sense.

Some of the recent banner contests on GFY had me confused because the content was not provided for the banners.

I would not be surprised to learn that banner design is probably one of the most prevalent forms of content copyright violation (friendly theft).

Dcortez,

Sharky is correct. 99.9% of the time all of our clients supply there licensed content to us for design, etc.

Thanks

Todd

I see. So your 20,000 samples are just for reference?

When a customer orders a batch of banners, you make them all from scratch using customer's content each time?

Thanks,
-Dino
