Very decent.. we use their direct mode and no problems so far and we have a pretty advanced setup so..

Not using them, but I can tell you that Mitch and Sarah run a tight ship over there.

We have been using them for quite some time. I would not go anywhere else. Their crew, system, prices and support are awesome and our sales conversions are sky high. The best part is that I have full access to all of the customer data.

Applied......still waiting....tried calling today but our account rep was out of the office. Met Mitch in Vegas, and he has his stuff together. Just wish we were kept more up to date in the application process. $2,000 App fee too.

I have been using them since like 1998 or 1999, its been a long time, but it was one of those years.

No problems, easy to use, I wont use anything else. Third party billing solutions are to flakey.

been using them for years. i dont know of any other company where their CEO will personally answer any of your questions and take the time to talk with you whenever you want. If only all companies were run as well as Netbilling.

I think the app fee is for the Visa/Mastercard registration and the bank app, right? I don't think Netbilling itself has a setup fee.

netbilling has a great set up with some awesome features. just do the demo, that will convince you. mitch, sarah, karen and crew are top notch.

The only bad thing i have to say about them is, that sadly i cant use them because i dont have a merchant account.

Everyone has good things to say - and when i´ve been in touch with them they answer quick and good.

I have used Netbilling for over a year and I absolutely love them. Every time I have needed to get a hold of someone I have had prompt attention. They have great customer service and a solid company. Their admin and stats section is easy to use as well.
