I am starting making galleries.
Made about 10 galleries but i can't get any signups!
Maybe you guys could tell me what's wrong?
suggest things I should change or add?
OR maybe i should earn money working in macdonalds?

nice gallery - but you've fallen into the same trap a lot of people do on TGP - you're giving away probally better porn than that paysite has to offer. Why would anyone sign up to it. Ask youself that question - would I buy this paysite after looking at this gallery? Probally not - I'd go looking for another gallery like that.
You have the traffic - which means people. Sell them something they want or need. Big penis, dating service, evidence eliminator, phermones, etc. you can sell anything with ATTENTION. Idiots here (not meaning you) always think you have to sell porn paysites......

i agree with sleazy, most porn surfers out there already know they can get all they want for free, try selling internet eraser/pills/toys whatever "alternative" product you can find other than paysites, if you have to sell a paysite, make it a small niche with "hard to find" pics (celebs, pornstars, REALLY good content something that YOU might want to buy) i'm not sure anyone might want to pay for a teen site these days http://bbs.gofuckyourself.net/board/biggrin.gif

What's wrong?

That one has a better layout than the first, except that you have to scroll a lot to see the whole gallery. Try to keep the scrolling to a minimum so the surfer sees your ad as soon as the page loads.

Also, I would get rid of those 2 odd-sized banners and create my own graphic to put where your text is now, and move the text to the left, where the HOT BLACK SLUTS button is now. That way they read your text and then get a nice big image to click on if they're interested.

Last, I would make the text more exciting to the surfer by telling him how this black chick and her friends all want his cock in their brown pussies, etc. Move all that "12 sites for one price" crap to the bottom since it's not exactly jerk-off material, and make sure all the text on the page is linked to your sponsor.

I'm by no means a gallery expert, those are just a few suggestions that I think would increase your chances of making a sale.

The logic - give away too much quality and the surfer runs off looking for more of the same, give away poor quality and he runs off thinking this is whats inside the site you are pushing on him. Try making most of the pics smaller and lower quality with less action and include 1 or 2 clear higher quality images. This is a mix of frustration with a little satisfaction.

Or, use TGP2 its the most logical way forward for the future of this business.
