im not sure if you're doing an adult site or not... but i would strongly suggest you don't put backround music on your site...

Im try to have a song play in the back with no menu of anything just a song playing off the server!

<embed src="filename.wav" autostart="true" loop="false"> SHould work for you. Same for mp3 format. A MIDI file would be a much better choice if you are going to add bacground music. Smaller file size, loads and plays faster.
