By April 2005 I will...
Weigh 190. I am completely dedicated and devoted to losing this weight and getting back to that damn studly stud and ladies man I was in highschool. Look out GFY ladies, you may not be able to resist me in Florida!

Good job man....I just joined GallerySeek's site HealthyGo.com and am going to follow his diet/exercise plans (the site is nice,clean and smooth for tracking your progress too).

Tuna fish, egg whites, skim milk, skinless boiled chicken and lotsa whey protein gallon of water. Workout 2hrs a day half hour cardio burn 400 cals. Shave head and eyebrows love yourself.

Good luck dude. I made the same vow in Nov. 2003 (although for a different target weight) and I weigh 40 lbs less now and feel much better. Going to try for another 15 lbs this year and tone up a bit.
