I gotta say, that was an awesome fight... a little short, but awesome. I loved how it all led into it too :thumbsup

this movie is so lame...brad pitt looks as much as a warrior as a piece of shit taste good...

I liked that movie but I love all them old school war movies.

yeah, I was thinking he didn't really look quite the part, but at the same time, not that far off either. I mean, think about it... there's no reason that he shouldn't be able to take out the big guy like he did... he's WAY faster and agile.

Not all the best warriors were big mucular goons.

I read the Illiad a few years ago and loved it... the movie was a waste of $10 for me. If you haven't read the book you'll probably like the movie though.

Actually I have to add that the movie completely butchered all the characters except for Paris and Hector which I found to be pretty cool.

i like brad pitts "move" where he jumps over his enemies and just jams the sword into them mid air. man that owns.

That was the best part of the movie.

Yeah, that's what I'm talking about... that was a wicked move... and then just kept right on walking towards the rest of the army, ready to take them all on without even looking back at the guy.

I think it's safe to say that no one saw that coming :glugglug

The scene where Achilles (Pitt) leads his men ashore against an entire army was pretty awesome. I give that movie a 5/10 rating, but some of the action scenes are well worth a second and third viewing.

My fiance and her friend needed a shower and a cigarrette after watching that movie ;)

hahaha.. I was thinking the same thing during the movie! I kept thinking after Orlando Bloom loses his fight "I bet that was the first sword fight he ever lost" considering the other 2 were in LOTR and Pirates of the Caribbean.

Who cares you get to see him mostly naked!!!!!! Yummy

in legend achilles was son of a god, he himself a demi god so his stature and size had little to do with his ability in battle. arrogant, vain, and powerful, all the things the son of a god should be. I thought it was a good film.

I got it on dvd i'll be watching it later I hope just way too busy but it looks good

Helen had great tits IMO. Brad Pitt storming the beach of Troy was also a great moment in the movie. I loved when he threw the spear from 1/2 a mile away through the guy's neck.
