What is the best search engine submission program for submitting to UK and US search engines?

I was new once too. Do not submit. They find you from incomng links.

I'd disagree and say why waste the time? Any worthwhile SE will find you anyway if you're doing the job properly.

Of course directories are a completely different kettle of fish but then the thread title said SE's.
